At N&N Disability Support Pty Ltd, our foundation is built on lived experience, compassion, and a deep understanding of the realities of disability. Our journey began from a very personal place. Growing up, a close family member my uncle became quadriplegic following a devastating hit-and-run car accident. This life altering event not only changed his future, but profoundly impacted our entire family.

Witnessing his journey firsthand exposed us to the daily physical, emotional, and psychological challenges that come with living with a severe disability. We saw the resilience required to navigate a world that is often inaccessible, the emotional toll of sudden loss of independence, and the critical importance of having the right support—support that is consistent, respectful, and genuinely caring. We also experienced the challenges families face when advocating for loved ones, coordinating care, and trying to ensure dignity, choice, and quality of life are preserved.

These experiences shaped our values and inspired the creation of N&N Disability Support Pty Ltd. We were driven by the desire to create a service that goes beyond task-based care one that truly understands the human experience behind the disability.

At N&N, we adopt a holistic and participant-focused approach, recognising that every individual has unique physical, emotional, social, and cultural needs. We work collaboratively with participants, their families, and health professionals to develop personalised support plans that reflect individual goals, strengths, and aspirations. Our focus is on empowering participants to build independence, confidence, and meaningful community connections, while ensuring they feel heard, respected, and supported at every stage of their journey.

N&N exists to provide not just support, but understanding, advocacy, and genuine care because we know firsthand how much the right support can change a life.
